Which is Better - Soy Milk or Cow Milk ?

Many people are switching to soy milk because of allergy to lactose, which is the primary carbohydrate in cow's milk. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each of this milk?

Lactose, the primary carbohydrate in cow's milk, will cause digestive problems for some people. The people are intolerant (intolerant) to the lactose enzyme deficiency caused by lactose, which is necessary to break down lactose.

But keep in mind, both types of milk is not given to infants under one year of age. Breastmilk is the food and beverage for infants, because all sources of nutrients needed for growth and development are contained in breast milk.
