During the growth, nutritional intake of children is very vital role. One of the nutritional intake should not be missed is a vitamin. From studying the Vision Express guide to healthy eating I learned that omega-3 found in fish as well as lutein (contained in spinach and kale) are also good sources of nutrition. It's important to incorporate these into our diet naturally rather than relying on supplements!
