Why The rain Can Make You Sick?

Actually that makes us feel sick is because of differences in temperature in our body. If we are rained on, for example, a rain head so the head will be colder than the rest of the body. Then we will feel there is a "disorder" in our heads. We then say "our heads dizzy."

Likewise if we continue to scruff the wind, for example, fit again sitting near the window, we'll feel any abnormalities in our neck. But if the rain throughout our body, we really will not hurt.

Because all of our body have the same temperature. Especially when we play, our body will expend energy that is converted into heat. With our body temperature so that heat can ward off the cold temperatures caused by pouring rain.

Thus encouraged, if we're after rain washed, should we warm bath, so we quickly returned to normal temperature.

Low air pressure such as rain, clouds and high humidity proved to be a trigger headaches in children. The reduced air pressure has come down the immune though the exact cause is unknown.

In one study, researchers recruited 25 children and adolescents who have a history of migraine and chronic headaches. Researchers found that children tended more often of headaches when the weather is wet or the humidity is higher than usual.

Participants who participated in this study is almost three times more likely to suffer from headaches when the weather is rainy or high humidity conditions than when the air is dry.

In the study, researchers gave children a handheld computer that can record headache symptoms for two weeks. Later researchers compared that information with weather conditions that existed at the time.

The study, led by Dr. Mark Connely from Children's Mercy Hospital and Clinics in Kansas City, Missouri complements previous studies using less precise methods. The results of this study are reported in the journal Headache.

Overall results obtained during the rainy period the children likely to suffer from symptoms of headaches by 59 percent compared to the dry weather that only 21 percent.

While in high humidity conditions in the above-average likelihood of headaches by 58 percent compared to normal when humidity is only 22 percent.

About the water that always needed every day

Water is one element that can not be separated in our lives. God created the universe contains more elements of water, oceans consist of 2 / 3 part of the earth, our own bodies comprised 75% water. Whatever activity we feel we always need water ...

In the body, cells in the body require water to be efficient in performing their duties. If the optimal consumption of our water our bodies will be able to maintain or achieve health. Now ... hint question? why water can maintain health?? the answer .... because:
  • All the vitamins, minerals, amino acids (proteins), hormones, and intermediary chemical substances require water to get to their destinations
  • Water is needed by all the digestive and elimination systems
  • Water prevents constipation and hemorrhoids (piles / pile, red) to keep our intestines and feces stay hydrated soft enough to easily expelled
  • Water can help reduce water retention (swelling of the hands, feet, legs, and stomach). If we experience water deficiency, the body views it as a threat to its survival and will begin to hold every drop. Diuretics (substances facilitating urine, red) only provide a solution because the fluid was forced out shortly along with some vital nutrients and carefully ... the body will see this as a threat to our survival and the wisdom of the body will minister more water to protect us.
  • Water can keep our hearts healthy. Water helps flush toxins out of the heart that is to "oil filter" of the body. Lack of water will burden our hearts and can cause fatigue, allergies, and indigestion and elimination. Metabolism becomes sluggish, and the fat will accumulate because our hearts are not able to efficiently break down fat
  • Water also prevent urinary tract infections by helping the body flush out toksi and harmful bacteria. once we know, what is the use of water for our bodies, then what should the water we drink? There is a difference of opinion about what kind of water should be drunk? Is pure water or distilled water? Or filtered water by osmosis or filtered by carbon? All have advantages, please drink because it is a pure form of water. Drink all the water except tap water (do not drink from the gutter who foamed or rivers that clogged). Tap water contains over 500 toxic chemical substances. Water is also found overallocated chlorine to kill germs, but the accumulation of chlorine in the body can turn off friendly bacteria in the stomach. Pick of the purified water, either in the development of shape and we purchased bottled Purify own. So .. what should we do to our bodies supply enough water? It's easy ....
  • Drink 8 glasses of water every day
  • Consumption of fruit and vegetables that contain lots of water, such as melons, pears, watermelon, papaya etc.
  • Bring a bottle of water wherever we go
  • Insert a slice of lemon to add flavor and help cleanse your colon and liver
  • Water is water at room temperature is best for digestion. Water that is too hot or too cold affects the digestive process
  • Avoid coffee and alcohol because it will cause the body to dehydration because of its diuretic effect.
  • Juice and herbal tea is very good but can not replace water purifying effect
  • If we are hungry, maybe we are actually thirsty. Many of us think thirst as hunger, so we should eat or eat too much at first drink a glass of water first and wait 20 minutes, if still hungry, eat .... Well good luck ... hopefully useful
