Love Your Heart, Do not Drink Ice Water After Eating

You like to drink cold water after a meal? If so, should it cease immediately habits. What article? According to medical science, drinking cold water after a meal will solidify the oily stuff that you just consumed.

Freezing it is suppose to slow digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, will break down and absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food, and would limit the intestine. Soon after that, will hoard the fat and cause cancer.

Indeed, drinking ice feels fresh. But water will solidify the oily stuff that we eat, especially fatty foods. Fats that will be formed in the gut and will result in obesity.

Usually, people who are too fat will prone to various diseases, especially heart disease. Therefore, after eating a meal or warm drink hot water which will dilute all fatty foods so easily absorbed by the body.

Water Therapy
Not forever water (white) harm. If you know when the best time to drink water, the benefits would be enormous. In Japan, are currently popular drinking water after waking up in the morning.

  1. Once you get up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 × 160 glasses of water.

  3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as usual.
  4. To you who have not to drink 4 glasses of water at the start, could be replaced by drinking a little water first and then gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.
